If we were considering making an offer, she also didn’t hesitate to tell us if the home was a good or a bad deal, factoring in details like location, resale potential, remodel potential, state of the market, and how much we liked it. Most of her predictions on selling prices turned out to be very close. When we reached the often stressful offer-making stage, Olga was extremely active in communicating with us and was patient with us throughout the process. Every offer letter was annotated by Olga and her team, highlighting important details, caveats, and explanations. For the first few offers, just like with the disclosures, she spent the time walking us through each and every line item in our offer letters, thoroughly explaining what each item meant, in plain English. This, coupled with the organized disclosure packet breakdowns, made this process easy. If we had any questions, she was a phone call away, and there was zero ambiguity. As we grew more comfortable with the process, we didn’t need this walkthrough for every offer, but she was willing to do so at a moment’s notice, which was great. Critically, when we requested changes to offer letters that would hurt our offer, she'd warn us, but was never pushy. Honest, direct, but not pushy.Olga also introduced us to a mortgage broker to help us find lenders, who was very nice and gave us solid advice. She also introduced us to a trusted mortgage contact from our preferred lender. We ended up switching from our lender-assigned contact to Olga’s trusted contact, and this turned out to be absolutely critical. We worked with this contact for months, ironing out details of our mortgage options to strengthen our offers. With Olga’s team and this contact, we could put attractive offers on the table, very quickly. They were instrumental in the offer-making phase. During this phase, Olga was on absolutely on top of the situation. She was in constant communication with the seller’s agent, and in constant communication with us about offer status and what to expect, offering sound, rational advice in a high-pressure situation. As first-time buyers, this was of great help. After our offer was accepted, Olga and her team worked diligently to help us close on time. Her team set up a very convenient calendar for us to keep track of what needs to get done by what date, again all in plain, clear English. So, while we ran around putting our pieces in place, with Olga and the calendar as our guides, Olga and her team also made sure that we never had to worry about anyone else dropping the ball.
